Data we collect

• Account information: Email address, username and profile details.
• Location data: Your device location is used for leaving letters and opening seals, only during that action and only with your explicit permission. Background location permission is never requested.
• User content: The letter text, photos and voice recordings you create.
• Usage data: Error logs, in-app interactions and operating system version. Website visit measurement uses Google Analytics 4 only after explicit consent; advertising personalization is disabled.
• Waitlist (website): If you fill in the "Tell me when it's out" or "Tell me when it's in my city" form, we store your email address, city, phone type, the time of your consent and the version of the text you agreed to. This is used only to write to you about what you chose in the form; no other email is sent unless you separately allowed it. You can leave via the link in every email, or ask for your record to be deleted by writing to the support address.

How we use the data

Collected data is processed only to verify letter distance, keep accounts secure and improve service quality. Your personal data is never sold to any third party.
